PuppyHealthy Puppy Package

Everyone wants their new puppy to get off to a healthy start.  To help new pet owners, Perry Pet offers a Healthy Puppy Package. The package includes:

  • Examinations
  • Vaccinations
  • Dewormings
  • Initial Heartworm Preventive
  • Fecal examinations for intestinal parasite analysis
  • Spay or Neuter

Regular office visits during your puppy’s first few months are a great way to be sure their health issues are addressed and any questions you have are answered.  A series of vaccinations are given to build your puppy’s immunity to help protect them from infectious diseases.

Some of the benefits of spaying or neutering your puppy are:

  • Prevents certain health and behavioral problems

First Wellness Visit (Start up to 12 weeks of age)

  • Exam
  • DHPP Vaccine
  • Deworming (In-Hospital & Dispensed)
  • Heartworm Preventive

Second Wellness Visit (4 weeks after 1st visit)

  • Exam
  • DHPP Vaccine
  • Lepto Vaccine (if necessary)
  • Fecal Parasite Check
  • Deworming & Heartworm Preventive

Third Wellness Visit (4 weeks after 2nd visit)

  • Exam
  • DHPP Vaccine
  • Lepto Vaccine (if necessary)
  • Rabies Vaccine
  • Fecal Parasite Check
  • Deworming & Heartworm Preventive

Spay/Neuter Visit (Approximately 6 months of age)

  • Alteration Surgery with pain management, fluid therapy

To take advantage of our Healthy Puppy Package, call and schedule an appointment with a Receptionist.  Please inform the Receptionist that you would like to take advantage of the package.

Important Guidelines for the Healthy Puppy Package

  • The package can be started up to 12 weeks of age.
  • Puppy wellness visits must be scheduled 3 to 5 weeks apart to ensure vaccine boosters are effective.
  • Fecal samples for the fecal parasite testing are requested at the second and third puppy wellness visits.
  • A quarter of the total price is due at the time of each visit.  The last payment is due when your puppy is dropped off for spay or neuter.
  • The Healthy Puppy Package is voided without refund if appointments are not kept within the 3 to 5 week windows for booster vaccines.
  • Add-on charges will apply for additional services/medications that are required.
  • The Spay/Neuter visit must be prior to 7 months of age

  • Spay or Neuter
