Born and raised in a small town called Poughquag (Mid Hudson Valley region), Dr. Lynch’s first intention was to be a dairy farmer. He found purpose and pleasure in assisting with farmwork, but his family sold the farm just before he was accepted into vet school. Dr. Lynch also found himself working alongside his uncles in the construction field while he was growing up. While in college, he capitalized on these skills gained from being such great (and free!) help. He also found himself trimming cattle feet. Dr. Lynch graduated in 1977 from Cornell and joined our team shortly after. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Western NY Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Association of Bovine Practitioners. Dr. Lynch enjoys camping with the family (wife Liese, son Caleb, son Seth, and Seth’s wife/children) and church-related activities (Grace Baptist). The Lynch family share their hearts and home with Chocolate Lab Lizzie.
