Nicole Estes, DVM
Dr. Nicole Estes was born in Castro Valley, California and grew up near Oakland and San Francisco until she moved to Newcastle, California. She attended both undergrad and veterinary school at UC Davis and graduated in 2009. During her time in school, Dr. Estes was an orthopedic technician for 15 years. She has also traveled to several countries and managed a research herd of 100 Yucatan pigs. Dr. Estes is certified in chiropractic and veterinary spinal manipulation through the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association and is certified in acupuncture as well. Dr. Estes likes that every day in the veterinary hospital is different, and each animal is a puzzle. She is also interested in sports medicine and complimentary medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Estes enjoys hiking with her husband, Erich and their three kids. She also enjoys horseback riding and power lifting. The Estes family resides in Pavilion with their two border collies Callie and Nell and their cats Elwood and Jake.
