End of Life Services

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest things a pet owner faces. Our team is here to walk alongside you with compassion, patience, and respect for both you and your animal companion. We want you to feel supported at every step.

Euthanasia is a gift we can offer our pets when they are suffering or their quality of life has significantly declined. It is a peaceful, painless process, and it is one of the most profound acts of love a pet owner can provide.

If you are unsure whether the time is right, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our veterinarians are glad to talk through your pet's condition, answer your questions honestly, and help you feel confident in whatever decision you make. There is no pressure and no judgment.

A Gentle, Peaceful Goodbye

What to expect

The euthanasia process is quiet and gentle. Your pet will first receive a sedative to help them relax completely and feel no anxiety. A second medication is then administered, and your pet passes peacefully, typically within moments.

You are welcome to be present with your pet throughout the process. You may bring a comfort item, a favorite blanket, or anything that helps them feel at ease. Take as much time as you need before and after.

In-Home Euthanasia

For current clients, we offer in-home euthanasia services so your pet can spend their final moments in the comfort of a familiar, peaceful environment. Being at home can ease anxiety for pets who find travel stressful, and it allows your family to say goodbye in your own space and on your own terms.

To discuss scheduling an in-home appointment, please contact the Perry Pet clinic nearest to you. Our team will guide you through the process and answer any questions you have.
